What Is The GL Cup?
In honour of our late secretary, Graham Lawton, the club decided to hold an annual football competition in his name, the GL Floodlit Cup. The cup was developed with a specific format to encourage keeping the ball on the floor. This gives the teams more touches and drives their developing skills – resulting in an incredibly fast-paced and fun-packed challenge under the lights at Reaseheath College.
When
October 29-31st 24th, 2024 – Teams aged in the 24-25 Season
- Tuesday 29th October – U6 – U8 5pm – 8:30pm (6 v 6)
- Wednesday 30th October – U9 – U11 5pm – 8:30pm (7 v 7)
- Thursday 31st U12-U15 – 5pm – 8:30pm (7 v 7)
